I bought a refrigerator from Home Town Noida on 19th May, 2012. The refrigerator had a dent and I had complained to LG Customer Care on 20th May, 2012. The Engineer visited us and acknowledged about the dent and took a photo copy of the Bill mentioning that a refund cheque would be created and they would inform us and give us the cheque and take away the refrigerator.
Today is 6th June and I have been trying to follow up with them for the cheque and I understood that complain has not yet been forwarded. I have been repeated calling the LG Customer care for the last 5 days and everytime they say that they have escalated the issue and I would get a call back within 24 hours and they also provide me with various Cell nos to call in and when I call at these cell nos, they provide further nos. It has been a very bad experience with LG and I need support to get my refund back. Also it is important for me to buy a new refrigerator as the prices are going up and has already gone up for some brands. I am not able to buy another refrigerator in the fear that if I do not get the refund and I would lend up purchasing 2 refrigerators.
It would be great if this issue can be escalated further and resolved as soon as possible.

Just wanted to know if some help can be done from here. I was aspecting an escalation from here. I am still trying to follow up with LG but they have lost all the documents and they are saying they would need to start the process again.
