Indian Railways - TATKAL TICKET BOOKING ONLINE USING IRCTC WEBSITE (ID # 3309)

It is to complain with deep pain that IRCTC Tatkal online (e-ticket) reservation process is of no use with session getting dropped or unavailable during initial hours of it\'s opening period. i went to railway booking counter to book a ticket from patna to katpadi in tatkal . at 8 am it started , i was thee first boy and i got waiting 18,i want to know how all the seats got filled in tatkal.it is a shame that everything is too fussy .i checked the availability at 7.55am and i found 168 available seats but how can such a large number of seats could be filled so fast.it seems something is going wrong ,as i think it is not good as government is not paying attention and blackmarketing of ticket is still going on by some means.it is necessary to stop it
