My husband had booked a Matrix SIm Card online and for some reason the request although accepted, we didn’t get a confirmation call for the same. While we were traveling in the coming 2 days after booking the sim, when he contacted the support centre, those guys were really helpful and told us that the request is accepted and our sim would be delivered at the Delhi Airport like we asked for. Well it was such a relief. Now looking forward to experience their services as well
