LG Electronics India - Strict action against Mrs. Shobh Pandey M.No.9811354682 and its Service Centre

i hereby submit a complaint of LG Home Theater, Complaint No RNA 130********2 DATED 13/07/2013, registered with LG Customer Care, this product is getting repeated faults again and again. The technician was came to attend the fault on same day and said that product had to taken for service centre. From last 23 days the product has not returned beck to the complainant.

When again complaint was registered with LG CustomeCare, They have given the Mob. No. ********82 of Mrs. Shobha Pandey, when she was requested on her Mob.No. she had igonored the complainant, after picking the phone, she put it on hold for long time. When she was contacted repeatedly, Mrs. Shobha Pandey does not treat the customer / complainant properly, she is irresponsiblle, ignoring of customers, un-true, using of un-parliamentry language and damaging the reputation of the company.


In my earlier complaint, the technician of LG Service Centre had stolen the Pan Drive from my home instead of repair of my Home Theater but no proper action was taken from LG' s Higher Authorities till now, It seems LG administrtaion / Executives are also sleeping about the complaints of the customerss.


it is again requested to LG's Executives or Owner of the company to take necessary action against the Authorised Service Centre that acts like an Un-authorised Service Centre and stop all the billing in respect of my all complaints and not to make any payment for repair of my HomeTheater under intimation to the complainant. if any payment had been made against my complaints that all those payments are illigal /wrong which reflects the fraud and corruption.

THIS IS THE HARD TRUTH THAT THIS SERVICE CENTRE IS DAMAGING THE REPUTATION OF THE COMPANY
