BSES Rajdhani Power Limited - shifting the meter in home & require a second meter due to overloading (ID # 3969)

sir/madam,
with due respect, i am requesting for shifting the electricity meter in my home due to construction purpose it has hanged on the poll IN APRIL MONTH, also i am requesting for arrange a second meter for me, due to overloading of 3 floor.
please arrange these things for me ASAP
