I have registered a complaint in BSES with Complaint No 3767 as on April 29, 2010 at 9:45 pm. After this, I remind again at 10:55 pm with reminder no 4340 as on same day. Again I lodge the complaint as on April 30, 2010 with reminder no 866 at 8:05am, but it’s really shock-able for me that there is nothing action taken by the BSES people. Every time they give me new complaint and reminder no but they are not able to do sort out my electricity problem. From the April 29, 2010 onwards, electricity fluctuate continuously but they take an light to this matter. I’m totally frustrate about their services.
I have new apply electricity connection at my new address E-II/168, Madangir, New Delhi -62. This is a sperate connection. I want to totally spearate connection from the Electricity Pole.
I request you, pls completely independent connection from the Pole.
Hope you understand my problem.
