i bought lg notebook model S900 for my son on 31.7.2008. it developed problem and was given to lg authorised service center{venus computers}on 30.7.2009. they found problem with HDD. As the hard drive contained some imp data I wanted the HDD back for a price. the notebook was returned to me with new HDD installed{I do not know whether the new one is of the same specifications of the old one}. I have been chaged a hefty Rs.4960/ including service charges and the faulty HDD has been given back to me. As the notebook is under warranty period, they should not have charde ne at all. They could have collected some some money for the old HDD. Please help me to get justice. The service center is ware of these things. thanks
