Hi This is Amitav Roy and I was former SBI credit card holder(CARD NO-4317-5756-0449-2810) from Bangalore. The issue is about a balance transfer cheque of Rs 49,900 via cheque no-158815 send by SBI Cards on 30th June,2005 in favour of my ICICI card ,but ICICI bank has lost the cheque and that SBI Card cheque no-158815 was never credited to my ICICI account and after that I got the necessary clearance from ICICI bank as well as from SBI Cards that this cheque was not encashed. I was also asked by SBI Customer care to ignore the calls from SBI credit card collecgtion agents by giving them the SBI complain number-0050********2 and Reference no-MQ00431******** whenever any SBI Card collection agent comes to me for this unrealized cheque payment + interest/charges. But at the same time I continue to get phone calls and occasional SMS to my mobile no.-98440-02154 from SBI credit cards for making the ever increasing payment related to the interest charges for the Unrealized Balance Transfer which comes to a total of Rs 3,78,037 and the most worst part is that SBI credit cards has filed a Legal Suit and forwarded this pending Interest payment issue to the CIBL report which indicates that there is a big gap among the various wings of SBI cards about the payments and services. KINDLY HELP TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE AT THE EARLIEST WHEREIN SBI CREDIT CARDS NEEDS TO
MAKE THE CREDIT BALANCE AS ZERO FOR THIS SBI CARD NO-4317-5756-0449-2810 AND ALSO TAKE THE NECESSARY STEPS TO REMOVE THIS CASE FROM THE CIBL REPORT CONTROL NO-47,44,78,957 . WOULD ALSO EXPECT SBI CREDIT CARDS TO PAY ME THE NECESSARY COMPENSATION BECAUSE I HAVE LOST OUT ON THE SBI HOME LOAN TEASER RATES DUE TO MY SBI HOME LOAN GETTING REJECTED RECENTLY BECASUE OF THIS SBI CREDIT CARD WRITE OFF APPEARING IN CBIL REPORT.
