dear sir,
My SBI credit card no. was 4006 6760 1731 2458.From my card sbi new delhi branch had transfered the money to royal sundaram without my written permission.when the paper came to me.I refused to pay the money to credit cards. Finally i came to know that the policy had been cancelled by royal sundaram on the request sbi.
After sometimes frequent call starts coming to me.I explained them mainy times. Two timeS local branch people collected the details and told me you will get reply within few days. here three question i have
1. From my card sbi have right to transfer the to other without my permission.(note:
royal sundaram has sent me mail that is showing the request has been made by sbi.)
2. without written consent are they allowed to transfer the money to third party.
3. If royal sundaram has issued policy then policy holder should be honour of that. Then
who are they (SBI credit card people) to operate these things.
4. Are they allowed to harrash the customer.
5. Is it not a crime for company who is making these type of illegal transfer, and
harassing people.

Please look into matter seriously, because SBI (credit) people are threatening me.
kind regards.
