Hello Team,

I have been using SBI Credit Card since an year and i did not receive any issues in the starting days. But the moment i reached a certain point, they started imposing hefty interest charges. My card number is 5264 6853 2570 4904 for your reference. I was surprised when they imposed unnecessary charge of 500/- Rs. on me. On Investigation, i found that it was because of i reached my credit limit during a transaction. Now should i ask them if it is my fault that they have not declined my that specfic transaction instead of letting it go and impose an amount of 500/-. On a long conversation after, they were happy to revert it back. Next time onwards i found that they have started using hefty interest charges. I paid all my dues and stopped a payment of 1000/- so this amount could be settled because of the high interest charges. Later they refused and i asked them to stop my credit card. They did it, and finally my last bill was generated. I was surprised that again i am charged 460/- Rs. for not paying 1000/- Rs. last time. It is beyond my understanding that they have made my life such a hell. I thought i would pay their last amount of 2500/-, but again i was surprised that they have imposed a fine of 1500/- in total on my bill again. I know this amount would keep on growing from this point of time, because next time too i am not going to pay the bill to these useless fellows as they are planning to earn all their wages from me, and i have made up my mind to let them not succeed.

So, keep on imposing the fine on me, thinking that i would pay some day. But the reality is that, you guys are never going to succeed.

Yes, if you would like to take the amount on which i have made the purchase, you can anytime, because my mother have tought never to take someone's share and i would not stop your share. But my mother have also taught not to give my share, and i won't by this time. So what for are you guys waiting. Stop sleeping, else you are going to loose so many royal customers like me.

Hey SBI,

This is the complaints of almost all the customers about the credit cards.
If u continue doing like this u will loose not only the credit card customers even your precious customers also.This is the reason why private banks are coming in the limelight coz they have there proper rules and those are clear to all the customers before they use those facilities.
So just think about the matter.
