hi,
there has been a disputed transaction, which happened in the month of Nov 2011.
this was against a food bill worth Rs. 1715, which was charged twice for the same value on the same date and time. when raised a service request to SBI customer care,
1. i was told that this is still under investigation for 5 months
2. while i called to check for a feedback with customer care officals i was told that, i had incurred this which was confirmed by the Hotel
3. i had requested for a counter challan, which i should i signed while paying the bill, they fail to respond
this has been pending for more than 8 months now, also my card has been inactive since then. i will neither need a card nor the services of SBI.
please reconcile the transaction and get my money back with due interest pending for so many months.
Note: else i would prefer to see the signed copy of the counter folio which would have been attested by me in this transaction.
