i purchase laptop on 20 dec 2012 and after 3 days the system is dead,i.e no power issue.i complain to dell regarding the same,i am asking for the whole unit replacement but they refuse that and give the excuses that your system is old.i already send the scan copy of bill but they refuses everytime.i talked with the supervisor but he is very much missbehave while talking with me.she told alot of wrong word and also give ultimatum that he will going to close the case and system warrenty.the behaviour of the manager is very much bad.ii had very bad experience while talking with anand.he made it person.he told me i never pass your request while i talk to anyone.please go through the case history and hear the conversation that we had on 21 jan 2013.he used very bad language while talking and made it personal issue.i requesting him again and again and he show off his power and used very bad language its really hurt.in history i didnt had that experience.please go through this and solve my issue as soon as possible.he told me that do what can you do but nobody will help you.then why the previous manager ask for the bill.anand also told that this is the duplicate bill i sent to him,he can made alot of bill like this.can you pls tell me sir is it the language that your manager used to while talking with the customer.he also told that we are not jobless here to call you.it hurts really.i am not jobless sir and also we have our own work to do.he make it personal and told me that he is going to close the case without solving the issue and he will also block the warrenty of my system.i purchace the system on 20 dec 2012 and i complaint for this on 24 and on 26 dec my case is closed without solving the issue.you tell me sir wby customer go for dell i think for better customer.
