I am a vodafone prepaid lifetime subscriber more than two years. For the last seven - eight months I noticed that after receiving incoming calls suddenly vodafone live was activated automatically and caller tune has been started to download into my mobile system, Then instantly I try to press back and after that noticed that vodafone deduct Rs. 50/- from my account and the balace shown is negative. Sometime they deduct Rs.10/- , sometime Rs. 30/- and the system continues. In the process more than Rs. 100/- has been deducted from my account .

When I try to contact the customer service executive after many attempt they toldme I aceetped the song before the download. I do not need any unnecessary song to be hear, my set is only for receiving & ougoing calls only no such caller tune/ ring tune. Pls go through my account amd immediately compensate the duction from your side.If I do not get any solution , I , also left no stone unturned to get the refund against a cheat mobile service provider like vodafone.
