Vodafone Kolkata - fraudlament deduction from Vodafone again

The below complain is not solved as claimed by Vodafone . Every time I try to contact
their call center executives after many attempt, they said that ur request is enrolled and u will get refund shortly but nothing happened i.e. I haven't get any talktime yet.

I recharged for Rs. 150/- on 11th August 2011 ( Full talktime on 150 recharge scheme but no extra local free message ) but I get talktime worth Rs. 135.99 i.e. Rs. 14/- was due & no message . I wait for a long time but didn't get it . Therefore it is ur duty to compensate me the remaining talktime value at the earliest.
