Vodafone Kolkata - harrasing caller tune activates from Vodafone

I am a vodafone prepaid lifetime subscriber for almost two years. For the last seven - eight months I noticed that after receiving incoming calls suddenly vodafone live was activated automatically and some movie pictures has been started to download into my mobile system, Then instantly I try to press back and after that noticed that vodafone deduct Rs. 50 from my account and the balace shown is negative. Sometime they deduct Rs.10 , sometime Rs. 30 and the system continues, also most of the time harassing caller tunes have been activated in my set without any proper concent of mine. In the process more than Rs. 500 has been deducted from my account in recent past. I am a retired person of 67 yrs. and I don't required any nasty downloaded activitites from a cheat service provider like vodafone.

When I try to contact the wortless customer service executive after many attempt they told me that they could do nothing to revert my account balance

I also left no stone unturned to get the refund against vodafone as it is a repeated daylight robbery from vodafone.
