I purchased DTH connection on 24th April from your website and paid through netbanking. The money was deducted from my bank account. However, I did not receive a confirmation or online transaction id, etc. Instead, I got a message that due to technical difficulties, money could not be realized. I talked to the customer service and they said, they cannot check if they received money or not. He also mentioned that I would receive an email on the confirmation within 24 hrs on the purchase - however, I did not receive any. If I\'m purchasing the product from your site and the money has been retrieved from my account, then I wonder where has it gone?
At least give me back my money if you cannot provide me the connection if you cannot provide the product and service.
