Non Transference of PF Account since February 2009

I am very much disappointed with the services of the Provident Fund department at Andhra Pradesh and want to highlight my case herewith. I have applied for PF transference to my existing company in AP in the month of February\'09 by filling the Form 13s which was duly signed at PF department on 24th February \'09. But till date I have no intimation as to what is the status regarding the transference of my PF account. I have enquired my previous epmployer at WestBengal/Kolkata and they also have not received any document from AP PF office yet.
I am quoting the requisite informations if they comes for any help in expediting the case.

This is whatever information I have received from my present company and on umpteen calls to the Regional PF Office AP at 04027555602, its simply impossible to reach them, as they simply hangs the phone on receipt of a call related to PF enquiry. Please help me , how to get rid of the aforementioned problem. I have also informed Directorate of Public Grievances regarding this issue.
