I have sony ericcsson mobile F 305 which when got faulty got repaired from their authorized service center at Rajkot vide work order number SE310RKT11361 dated 12/07/2010 .
Now the fault repeated again , owing to improper repair by them .
Now they are saying that repair time would be 15 days . is it permissible ? and demanding extra money ?

Complainant's Goal: TURN AROUND TIME SHOULD BE LESS THAN 12 HOURS
