i purchase the sony ericsson w302 handset in jan 2009
after some time it having some problems for that purpose i give it to the customer care centre of company. after some period of time i get the handset from customer care centre. but functionality are not as before.
Though it multimedia supportable handset it having facility of internet
their is no pc suite which supporting this handset to connect to pc.

Complainant's Goal: i want to release the pc suite which support my handset
