I am sharad chandra Agarwal Chief Manager (GSM ) Gujarat , looking after the BSNL works in the region of saurashta & kutch region . My mobile number is ********45 .
My mobile hand set F-305 is faulty since last 10 days . the service center is saying that spare parts like belt is not available with them .

This company wants to increase the sells but after sales service is pathatic .
My work is suffering very badly as all the contacts number were savesd in phone .
