I bought a LG smart tv 2 months ago and i was promised that i'll get a LG Bluray player and 3 Bluray Movie titles(3D) as part of the purchased product. i got Bluray player after 20 days but not the movie titles. The dealer is blaming LG is not providing the titles. When i contacted LG, they accept that there is a delay but not taking any action on this. I have raised a complaint with LG, VOC121225014558 and i was told i would get a call from LG with in 24 hours, but it is around three weeks gone but no calls from LG. I contacted the customer care again but I got the same answer "LG executive will contact you shortly". Also the customer service person said there is no way I can escalate this to their supervisor or next level. He has registered a complaint and a executive will contact me, this is what I got as an answer. If they could not provide the product in the promotional scheme, then its better not to announce it. I feel cheated as i didn't get of what was promised. I'm registering this complaint with the hope that this forum would get me atleast a responsible answer(even if not the product) from LG about this delay. Already its 2 months gone and lets see how long it would take to a company like LG to provide the Bluray movie title to its customers as promised.
