DELL India - not satisfied with Dell service, very harsh response Tech persons , I hate dell

Dear All, Thanks for your time.

Recently i bought 1 Dell Laptop On ebay. after receive the product i called to Dell and cross verified my service Tag. recently i have problem with that Laptop, so i logged complaint to dell and shared bill scan copy. after that i didnt get any response for week days, again i called to dell and asked the status, they simply said your bill is not valid with very rude.....and escape from the service

what is the wrong ??? i dont know they treated me as a smuggler!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I paid the money,

"as a buyer, i have the right to buy the product where i was like "
who is that dell guy to decide to buy the product near by your location only !!!!!and he used a lot of words like "illegal" am not cheat any one and my nation also. the words what he used it is hurts me

today i received a mail stating that, " the request was closed"

1. this is the way you people open & close the call's what is the use of logging the calls ?
2. you people didnt take the confirmation from the user ??? what best practices you follow for user satis
3. on your "online warranty check " is shows the warranty, then what is problem to serve the customers ?

Complainant's Goal: after having the bill(Thailand) and positive warranty also service denied,
