My registaration nunber is 39278. I did not recevied my cylinder since 1 month. I recevied my last cylinder on 12.02.2014, then i applied for next cylinder on 19.02.2014 which was canceled on 7.03.2014 without giving me any information about cancelling, then when i called on 10.03.2014 to ********11 , they tolded me that there system is not working and they will call me soon but they did not call me again. From that day till 22.03.2014 i called them regularly but they were giving me worthless excuses. They also said me that if cylinder will not recieved till 20.03.2014 then you can complaint against us. I have all the recordings of these calls. I hope you understand my problem.
