I Have booked my Domestic Refill Cylinder on dated 6th-Oct-2011 provided booking no. 1723 but till date it was not delivered. When i tried to contact concerned Gas Agency(i.e.,Dhruv Gas Agency, Jhandewalan) i will not get it. The no. is not reachable.Then i contacted online customer care no. 1********55 and lodged a complaint regarding non delivery of cylinder on 19th Oct 2011 then i have provided a complaint no. 203362 and assurance to get delivery in next 2 days. But still i have not received it. Then i contacted Area Sales Manger nos. where i had word with someone Mr. Sudhakar and told all story to him and requested him to take urgent action against said Gas Agency. But still there is no compliance received yet. As already 16 days passed after booking and i have still not received my booked cylinder but in online system it shows delivered. The Agency done fraudulent delivery whereas i have not recieved(image of online status attached) any cylinder for booking receipt which was given at the time of delivery. I urge respected concerned to take an urgent action against the Gas Agency and provide me my refilled cylinder.

sir i booked gas on 5th feb. 2014 till i have not get refill from vipul gas agency i talk to mr istak and agency but they are not responding or riply my 2nd rifill is also empty pl.look in to matter thanks.
