Indian Oil Corporation - guru gas agency indanedistributor force me to buy gas stove at their agency only

respected sir,
i have book new indane gas connection at guru gas agency my registration number is 1111********829 dated 15.04.2010 chennay(tamilnadu) i submit all my details like driving licence & voter id .but agency staffs strictly told me unless you buy the gas stove in our agency we will not give new connection .more than 10 times i tried but agency people talk unnecessery words and thretening me to buy gas stove at their own agency.but in registration form they clearly mentioned customer liberty to buy gtove at any source .but i dont know why they thretening me so please help me to get gas connection immdiatly
