GOT THE AMC OFTHE SPLIT AIRCONDITIONERS DONE TWICE BUT GETTING NO RESPONSE FROM THE COMPANY AS AND WHEN THE COMPLAINT IS LODGED FOR THE MAINTENANCE. IF AT ANY TIME ANY PERSON WHO COMES TO ATTEND THE COMPLAINT IS WITHOUT THE DRESS PROVIDED BY LG AND ALSO WITHOUT ANY IDENTITY CARD DUE TO WHICH HE IS NOT ALLOWED TO ENTER IN THE RESIDENCE DUE TO SECURITY REASONS. WHENEVER THE COMPANY HAS TO GET THE AMC DONE SENDS THE PROPER PERSONS WHO GIVE THEIR PERSONAL MOBILE NUMBERS FOR ANY COMPLAINT BUT WHEN YOU CALL THEM FOR THE COMPLAINT THEY NEVER RESPONSES PROPERLY.
NOW FOR THE LAST 10 DAYS I AM LODGING THE COMPLAINT FOR MAINTENANCE WITHOUT ANY RESPONSE FROM THE TECHNICIANS AS WELL AS THEIR COMPLAINT CELL. I THINK I MADE THE MISTAKE OF BUYING 3LG A/C'S AND ONE REFRIGIRATOR AND ONE WASHING MACHINE FOR WHICH NO PERSON IS THEIR TO GIVE THE AFTER SALE SERVICE.
