I was flying to the US and bought a clay sim card with standing instructions of not charging my credit card, which the sales guy agreed upon and ensured that it would not happen. Not only did Clay charged my card for some 30k, but charged it for a wrong duration, way before that i actually started using the sim.. The customer is not an idiot !! Cant even express my disappointment!
