We had submitted the form-13 to your PF office on 11th May 2009 to Transfer my PF Amount from my previous organization PF Account to Present Organization’s PF Account.

In this regard, can you please let me know that whether you have sent any cheque to my Present Organization’s PF office Chennai. If so kindly get us the cheque details.
