LG Electronics India - My LG cookie pep has software problem.

Initially my new LG cookie pep got switched off suddenly and the photos which I have were displayed as blank pictures. It gets easily attacked by virus. I am not even able to use bluetooth. Virus enters the memory card and I have to keep formatting it. I took it to the LG service center in Thanjavur(ZM electronics). They said there is some software problems in the cell phone. They reloaded the software. But still it is easily prone to virus attacks. Also in the service center, they have made a scratch mark in the touch screen. I want this solved. Or i am going to consumer court for the mental agony caused.

I had worst problem with this batterey from the first day of purchase i had get batterey backup i have to customer care but they says we have to keep it for 24hrs
