My new Internet connection with MTNL worked for a couple of weeks, but on 16 April began to break repeatedly. Since then until today (8 May) I have been complaining to Mto MTNL practically every day -- reaching their customer service by telephone is very difficult, so I rely on e-mail -- but the problems continue. Every now and then the connection breaks, when it works it often works at an impossibly slow speed. Surely more than three weeks is enough time to set right something like this.
