Recently I have updated the status as Senior citizen for my landline No.27943793 .

Now I am facing the problem of defective and inflated bills from MTNL Delhi.

As per the monthly Plan of Senior citizen I am eligible for 60 free monthly calls but MTNL has given me only 26 free calls as per Bill No. 2403337437.

Regarding this i have complained at their website but no such assurance have been given so far by MTNL that the bill is Overcharged and is Incorrect.

I need to know why MTNL has started cheating with Senior citizens by charging them for Free calls quota?

As per Bill No.2403337437 Meter Calls is 87 out of which Net chargable calls are shown as 61.

I was overcharged with 40 calls @ rate 0.80 paisa and 21 calls @ rate Rs.1.20.

I need assurance from MTNL that there will be no discrepancy in further bills. Moreover the overchaged amount by MTNL should be adjusted in next month bill.
