Dear Sir/Madam,

This mail is with The Reference of My Mail Conversation to SBI Cards & payment Services Pvt. Ltd. Dated 05/04/2011, Regarding My Full & Final Settlement of My Credit Card A/c No.431********52999, Bearing Credit Card No. 431********64620 dated 14/03/2011.
As per My Conversation With their Executive named Ms. Priya (From Gurgaon Office) Under the Supervision of Mr. Rajnish Jha (Who is Supervisor as per His Wording).

Ms. Priya Was Nice lady with Sense of how to speak with a Person Which Was Amazing and wonderful Experience for me and The Result came out with the Full & Final Settlement with Them as per their Conditions Only.

As Per My Promise to them to Settlement this Case with the Amount of Rs.15,000/-.With their Eternal process, Mr. Rajnish Jha & Ms. Priya has taken the Last and Least Approval of Settlement Amount of Rs.16,000/- in Two Equal EMI’s. Impressing with their Co-operation and Nice Behavior to me, without and Delay I Accept the Settlement offered By Them. Ms. Priya Has told me that I will provide a Hard copy of Settlement Letter on My Address (H. No. 833, B-VII, Lakkar Bazaar, and Ludhiana.Punjab-141008) According to Ms. Priya’s wording she has promised me to do so.

As per My Financial Condition, I Speak with Mr. Rajnish to give me the Time Up to 24/03/2011 to Arrange the Funds to Deposit First EMI against the Settlement Amount and Not to Worry for any Kind of Payment Failure with My Full Confident.

The Picture Has changed when I Received a Call from Ms. Priya on 19/03/2011 for the Final Confirmation of Date of Payment to be Deposit, So that She Can Courier the Original Settlement Letter to me. They were twicely Confirm My Address First Ms. Priya and Then after that Mr. Rajnish Jha and Both of Them Promised to Send the Letter before 24/03/2011.So that I Can easily Deposit the Amount.

But On the day of 24/03/2011 I got Regular Calls from Mr. Rajish Jha for Deposit the amount instantly. When I asked to him for the Status of My Courier, he Back out with his Words and Start to tell me that according to Bank Policy You will get the Letter Once you Deposit the Payment and in Next 2 Days it will be sent to Your Mailing Address. It Really Smell some Conspiracy in his Words. Forcefully he has sent his Collection boy at Home in absence of me to Collect the Payment, When I get anger with him about this task then said You don’t have any Option Remain except to deposit the payment otherwise My Collection Boy will Tell you Parents and Neighbors about Your Outstanding, Inafraid of this act I deposit the First EMI of Rs.8,000/- Dated 24/03/2011 With Receipt No.15816059.

By making most Horrible situation around me They Have done mentally rap with me. The Most Interesting This was that The Collection Boy confirmed me Genuinety of settlement Letter from the No.0********08 (Which No. is under supervision of Mr.Jha) because I don’t have any Contact Number of Mr. Jha and Ms.Priya to Call or Contact Them, But They Can Call me any Time it hardly matter for them that What I was doing during this Time Period.
Till Today Dated 17/04/2011, I have not Get any Satisfied answer from them to solve my Problem.25 Days has Already gone and there is Nothing to do by them and I have not Received any Letter from them.
I got Call from Mr. Jha after put mail to their Department; he has told me that you have not deposit the amount to my Account. This is the Only Answer got by them.
I mentally very much Harassed and result come out of it’s to hit my Work, they have ruined my Amount of Rs.8,000/-.You People are Requested to Help me to Solve My Problem as soon as Possible.
I have Prepare my Mind to go Consumer Court against Mr.Jha and Priya (Both are Duffer)
There are Lots of Peoples who are not depositing their outstanding to SBI Because of These Kinds of Employees Only. My Humble Request that they should get punished for their Sins.

Note: - From Now I not Responsible to Deposit the Next EMI because they
themselves back out with their Words.
