Hi,
Seriously we are getting frustrated with the service(harassment ) that Airtel is doing.
We got a connection under the plan 799( land line connection.) after using it for six months we have disconnected this connection and got moved to a new plan in Airtel Rs 899(Wifi Bronband Connection) plan.
For the old connection they have sent one person and taken land line and modem which they have provide in starting. Two days later on the same port they have given us the Broad band wireless connection.
Now they haven't disconnected the connection and billing us on two connections (799 and 899) which were there on single port.. First thing how they are charging us twise for one port.
Now they have sent a legal notice to pay 2492Rs + 500RS(legal notice charges). Seriously they are creating a mental tension to us calling on regular basis and giving warnings to us.If Airtel is not going to respond we are going to file a police complaint against them.
Connctions
799 Plan:0********68
899 Plan:DSL No:16019713
Its the problem with Airtel management team for not closing the first connection and billing us for the last three months. We have proper proof of paying bills on time for the connection we are using. When we asked them to send a representative to look into the issue, without any notice they have sent legal notice...I require a proper reason for this
