for a shoot and took a matrix connection on arrival instead of raising a huge bill because of international roaming on my Mumbai no. Matrix has one of the politest customer care I have come across. My data plan didn’t activate for atleast 24 hours I called the customer care and they guy told me it would be activated in 2-3 hours. He was right and he followed up too. That I think is brilliant customer care. Keep it up team Matrix!
