My experience using Matrix International sim cards has always been great. Infact i have recommended their services to my friends as well. I was in US and when i came back due to a miscommunication between me and the sales person they had got my return duration date incorrect wrong due to which i was charged a bit extra 15k excess on my credit card. The sales guy immediately took the case and got it sorted within the next 3 days. Now thats what i call customer services.
