These guys definitely know how to treat a customer as a client than just another person.!! I took a matrix sim card for France for a week and when i got my bill, it was massively charged @30k. When i called up the sales guy who got me the sim, he actually sat down and deleted all the calls that were charged before i even took the number and refunded all the excess. Impressed with the way they treat the clients and it still remains as my travel partner 
