I took a Matrix international sim card and I was facing issues with connecting my calls back home and data settings as well, while i was told that i just had to insert the sim and everything would work just fine. I am glad that the Customer centre executives hired are empathetic and they sent me relevant settings for my HTC phone and also got the call connect issue fixed. Really appreciate it guys !!
