DELL India - Made payement for laptop to be formatted but no response from technical team

Case no is 5121849 and confirmation no : 25029123. I had made a payment of Rs.1364 on 16th Aug'10 for my Dell Laptop to be formatted but till now there is no response from the technical team and behaviour of your sales team is also very bad. Dell promised to resolve the query within 48 hrs but 5 days are already passes and no response from their side. Please help to resolve this matter.
