HELLO EVERYONE
i am a resident of bareilly.
I BROUGHT MY SPLIT A/C ONE YEAR AGO SINCE THEN I HAVE BEEN SUFFERING FROM PROBLEMS
WHEN MY A/C WAS CONNECTED THE GAS WAS NOT THERE AND THEN COOLING PROBLEM OCCURED
THEN AFTER THREE MONTHS COOLING WAS AGAIN STOPPED THEN I AGAIN CALL FOR A COMPLIAN THEN THEY CHANGED MY A/CS OUTER AREA IT THEN SUMMERE SEASON WAS GONE
AGAIN THIS YEAR GAS WAS NOT THERE AS WE STARTED OUR A/C IN SUMMERS
AND SINCE THEN WE ARE LODGING COMPLAINS
BUT THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM THEIR SIDE AND AFTER 3 MONTHS OF FILING MANY COMPLAINS THEY HAVE TAKEN THE A/C WID THEM AND NOW THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM 15 DAYS
IF ANYONE OF LG PPL ARE LISTENING TO MY COMPLAIN THEN IT IS A VERY HUMBLE REQUEST TO EXCHANGE YOUR PIECE BECAUSE THIS PIECE IS USELESS FOR US
AS IT IS NOT WORKING PROPRLY SINCE 1 YEAR
AND IF YOU CANT DO THAT THEN BETTER REPLACE THE SPLIT OR DO GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY
I HOPE I WILL GET YOUR RESPONSE SOON
ELSE WE WOULD HAVE TO TAKE SOME OTHER STEPS WHICH I DONT WANT COZ I LOVE UR PRODUCTS AND DONT LET ME BELEIVE THAT UR PRODUCTS ARE WORTHLESS AAND U PPL ARE NT TRUSTWORTHY NOR UR PRODUCTS
