I had purchased a LCD TV 42 inches few years back, the TV picture screen stopped working, called the country head Mr. Partho, as Iam an architect we give lot of business to LG TV, FOR Hotels, inspite of we giving lots of repeat orders, there was no good response forme ,I pity ordinary customers, what would be theri FATE. He suggested the Chennai local LG Team, none of them helped, they kept giving contact numbers, none of them could help me fix the TV for the past 4 months, I ended upbuying a brand new Samsung 3d TV. OVERALL LG they say Lifes Good, but I say with LG LIFES NO GOOD, Stay AWAY, THEY TAKE YOU FOR A JOLLY GOOD RIDE! Make your LIfe Miserable!
