LG Electronics India - LG GX200 call disconnect key malfunctioning

I had purchased LG GX200 dual-sim GSM mobile from S.H.Mumtazuddin Times (P) Ltd; P-19 Gariahat Rd, Kolkata-700029.

The major drawback is that while disconnecting a call you have to repeatedly press the red key. A single press of the disconnection key won't disconnect your call! ELSE YOUR CALL WILL GO ON. This is a weirdest problem that I have ever faced with a mobile phone!

I got it serviced from authorized LG service center at Ballygunge, Kolkata (near ballygunge bata), but still the same problem is persisting. It seems to be an inherent problem with LG GX200 dual sim mobile.
