This is with regards to the LG LCD television that i had purchased on 21st October 2009. The Television stopped working on 25th Aug 2010. I had called the Customer care and informed about the complaint upon which i was provided C10********. A technician visited on the 28th and checked and informed about a part that needs to be replaced, he also informed that he would get back to me about the part on monday or latest tuesday thats 30th or 31st Aug 2010, but till date no one has called. I have made numerous calls to the call center asking them about the Query to get resolved but everytime i have called to have the issue resolved they say they are escalating the issue which i dont think is happeing.

I also insisted on having a Area Managers nos they provided me with the names and Nos which dont even work the names were Mr.Imtiaz, Mr. Swapnil Salvi, Mrs. Sanjivani, but non of them seem to be intrested i have asked for a email add but they dont provide the same. I also informed the call center that i would run out of warranty period and they claim to have that the warranty period is over as on their system they have the purchase date of July 2009. I would like to have this Company compensate me on this issue as they are just delaying the issue for no reason.
