DELL India - Laptop hangs most frequently and the performance is not satisfactory

Laptop hangs consistently...It hangs atleat 3 times a day..
It totally freezes and even power button doesnt work in dat case...I need to take off d battery of laptop everytime it hangs...
It doesnt support many softwares...As it is i7 processor it doesnt give me satisfactory result
Wenever i on dis laptop...it ends wen i take off the battery..because it hangs everytime
i just hope a satisfactory reply fr my complaint
