Appreciate the quick response from Matrix’ customer team on my issue while I was in US. I had bought a Matrix sim card for US and was surprised when it stopped registering on the network. I called up the customer centre seeking help and it was without a doubt the best issue handling that i have seen so far. Not only was the lady polite enough to listen to my ranting but she also got the sim working within the next few hours like she claimed. Now this is what i call customer service standards. Kudos team Matrix!!
