This is devendra Dhaiya agent of IRCTC railway ticketing. My User id (OSS5075).
They have expired my user ID (OSS5075) before 7 days without any information. I Just got it last august-September. I am not able to make any ticket as well as i am not able to cancel ticket. I had a loss of thousand rupees cause i am not able to cancel ticket. i hv sent mail to irctc to cancel the ticket but they cancel it late and canceled amt goes to 25% or 50%. I asked about expirey, they said u made ticket with personal id. and i made ticket with personal id cause some time agent login does not work. but i dint hv any information about it.
I want to get back my money which has been deducted by railway due to expired ID.
I am not getting wht should i do.

Also please note that TDR filing link is not available with agent login now. Agents are requested to send a mail to etickets@irctc.co.in from registered e-mail id only for filing TDR.
