This is devendra Dhaiya agent of IRCTC railway ticketing. My User id (OSS5075).
They have expired my user ID (OSS5075) before 7 days without any information. I Just got it last august-September. I am not able to make any ticket as well as i am not able to cancel ticket. I had a loss of thousand rupees cause i am not able to cancel ticket. i hv sent mail to irctc to cancel the ticket but they cancel it late and canceled amt goes to 25% or 50%. I asked about expirey, they said u made ticket with personal id. and i made ticket with personal id cause some time agent login does not work. but i dint hv any information about it.
I want to get back my money which has been deducted by railway due to expired ID.
I am not getting wht should i do.

I Have selected a Tata Indica Vista from Tata dealer Hyson Motors (P) Ltd in Thrissur. At the same time i discussed the rate with Vijay Motors Palakkad. I found there will be 25000 rupees difference between Hyson and Vijay Motors, then i buy the vehicle from Vijay Motors with 25000 rupees less.
The Hyson Motors Manager told me through phone that please don't tell anyone about this difference we will make it correct. But Now also Hyson Motors takes 25000 rupees more, when compare to Vijay Motors.
MY AGENT LOGIN IS EXPIRE AND SO I HAD RENEVAL THE SAME IN 28TH MAY 2011 SO THE EXPIRE DATE IS 28/05/2012, BUT WHEN I AM DOING THE AGENT LOGIN ITS ASK FOR PAGE REQUIRE CLIENT CERTIFICATES I HAD ALREADY RUN THE CLIENT CERTIFICATES FILE PFX BUT THE PROBLEM SHOW THE SAME PL HELP WHAT WAS THE PROPLEM
