Hi,

I purchased one External Hard Disk on 16 Aug 2013 online using credit card. I got confirmation mail that my Item has been shipped but i have not received my hard disk yet. I tried calling them several times, wrote them email but no reply from their side.
The cost of my hard disk was Rs. 2985.00. Please help me to get my money back and please stop this web site so that they could not cheat other person like me.

India Souq's wesite is not opening and the contact number is not reachable.
