India Souq - I did not get purchased product

Hi,

I purchased one External Hard Disk on 11 June 2013 online using credit card. I got confirmation mail that my Item has been shipped but i have not received my hard disk yet. I tried calling them several times, wrote them email but no reply from their side.
The cost of my hard disk was Rs. 2985.00. Please help me to get my money back and please stop this web site so that they could not cheat other person like me.

I have purchased Samsung Galaxy mobile from the same site yesterday but today it is showing that site is under maintenance.
Please help me to get my money back and please stop this web site so that they could not cheat other person like me.
