I was purchased a samsung dues 7562 mobile from india souq.com vide order no 3030 dtd. 19.08.13 . and Full and final payment which includes all taxes that was Rs. 8985.00 was paid.Date of purchase was 19 August 2013 . It was assured that mobile will be delvered within 4-7 days.

but not receice
