Income Tax Department - Income Tax Refund not received for FY 2008-09

My name is Sricharan Monigari, I have not got any Income tax refund from the Income Tax department for the FY 2008-2009 return being filed in May 2009. I have to get more than 18000/- but i have not got that money till date. please help me to recieve the refund. My Pan No. is APZPM0183Q.

When I check the online status in https://tin.tin.nsdl.com/oltas/servlet/TaxRefundStatus, it is showing

1. Your assessing officer has not sent this refund to Refund Banker.
2. If this refund has been sent by your Assessing Officer within the last week, you may wait for a week and again check status.

Please help me on how to get the Tax Refund as soon as possible.
